Just returned from 5 nights at the Harbor Inn. What a great place, Perfect location! Great breakfast and happy hour! Friendly, helpful hosts. It was all we hoped it would be and more.
Parking was the only issue. We parked at a lot right next to the Conch Republic - $10 for the day, $15 for overnight and the ability to use the car as often as you wanted.

Stayed at the Key West Harbor Inn 1/1 and 1/2/07. The location was wonderful and Jamaica room was fantastic. Thanks to the reviews on TripAdvisor I found a wonderful placed to stay in Key West as I am there 3-4 times a year. Tracy and Eva was wonderful and very helpful and wonderful happy hour hosts. I loved the shower in the Jamaica room, it was very refreshing after doing the Duval crawl.

This is the place to stay in Key West. The inn is beautifully landscaped and has a real tropical feel. Our room was charming , larger than expected, and immaculate. The breakfast offered a good selection of items and the happy hour was a pleasant surprise .
The location is perfect - especially if you are arriving by boat (such as the Key West Express out of Fort Myers Beach or Marco Island) - because the inn is right by the marina. At the same time it is only a couple of blocks from Duval Street as well as easy walking distance to everything else you would want to see in Key West.
Best of all was the cheerfulness and helpfulness of the staff of the Key West Harbor Inn. On the day my wife and I were scheduled to leave ( checkout was 11:00 A.M. and our boat departure was 5:30 P.M.) not only did they let us stow our luggage at the inn but invited us to stay and use the pool area (which has facilities) , offering us fresh towels as well. This meant that after lunch we didn't have to wander around town for the balance of the afternoon. We were able to go back to the inn and sit by the pool and read, swim, even take a nap before going back to the boat. A nice way to end a wonderful vacation.

  • Disliked — Nothing.
  • Tips/Secrets — Great in combination with Key West Express.

Just returned from spending 3 nights at Key West Harbor Inn. It was our first time in Key West and first time at a B&B. Don't think we could have picked a better place to stay. First of all the location is fantastic, so close to Duval street and the harbor but yet quiet at night. We stayed in the Aruba room on the first floor and they were willing to up grade us to a room with a king size bed but my husband didn't want to carry our bags up the stairs!! Our room was spotless and the grounds were very clean and well kept. The breakfast was way more than I expected with fresh fruit, cereal, juice, hard boiled eggs, pastries, bread, coffee and tea. The cocktail hour was nice also with beer, wine and chips. Nice time around the pool to get to know other guests. We would certainly recommend this Inn to others and if we ever get a chance to visit Key West again, this will be our 'HOME'. Thanks so much for a great Christmas vacation!!

Harbor Inn, Key West.
December 11-20 2006.
Truly a wonderful place to stay.
We had such a wonderful time. Tracy and Eve were fantastic hosts.
Location convenient. Breakfast and Happy Hour very well
stocked, food fresh and tasty. We have stayed in Key West
many times and certainly would stay here again and recommend it to any of our friends going to Key West.
I had no idea how beautiful the Christmas decorations would be.
We even were able to attend the annual boat parade. There
were record rainfalls while we were here, but we still had a great time. Thank you for sharing your tropical paradise with us!

We stayed at the KW Harbor Inn last March (2006). That was our first experience with a bed&breakfast. We actually got married in the gardens on the property on St.Patrick's Day. It was the perfect backdrop for the intimate wedding ceremony we were hoping for. The staff was great and so were the accomodations. We returned to Key West for a week this December (2006) and there was no question about where we would stay. We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon- just in time for happy hour. It was if we never left. They make you feel right at home. It was nice to see the property all decorated for Christmas. This bed and breakfast is in a great location for anyone who enjoys spending time at the harbor. We'll definitely be back real soon.
