Stayed 2 nights at this hotel in November.

Angel checked us in and he was perfect, our room wasn't ready but he gave us a choice of what was available and comp'd our breakfasts and parking for our stay, really friendly guy.

Room was large, kingsize bed, small fridge, safe, lcd tv, nice and clean and everything worked.

Pool and cabana's were nice and never too busy.

Breakfast had a basic selection, not sure it would be worth the $17ish dollars but as it was free no complaints!

Shuttle bus takes you into Key West itself and this was always busy, sometimes couldn't get on the first shuttle but they do run another in those cases, they run on the hour into town and 20 past out from town.

Nice hotel would stay again if in the area.

Spent two nights here. Really lovely hotel with an amazing pool. Easy drive into Key West where we found plenty Pay to Park areas. In the evening we took the hotel Shuttle. Warm cookies on arrival and very helpful staff. I would have given this a higher rating but I am saving that for The Doubletree in Naples where we are staying for 16 nights. The Naples hotel wins on the Extras....coffee all day and evening , whereas in Key West the coffee was replaced early in the day with iced water, plus complimentary fruit and daily newspapers. However I would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Key West

This hotel has everything for everyone. Great shuttle service, great food and superb service. We stayed here for 3 days and it was the best hotel that we stayed at during our entire 3 week honeymoon. We love Fred and Bill, the bartenders, Karen the director of sales, and all the wonderful staff. The pool is fabulous and the complimentary warm cookies just kept coming!!! The room was clean and the decor was beautiful. Lots of little updates to this hotel made it a 5 star for us!!

Really enjoyed staying here, you get alot of bang for your buck. Rooms are clean and nice, pool area is large and amazing. Staff is very friendly. Shuttles run every hour so you can decide when you want to head into town. Hotels in the "action" cost at least double to triple the cost of this hotel. I found it to be a great place to stay and will be back.
