Certaintly not the best location in town, you are higher up on the island in what I call more of a residential area and I wasn't a fan of the outside motel like doors and the fences to the neighboring residential properties, rooms were very tiny as well.

However if you are looking for an affordable place this is a good option. The rooms were very clean and the staff was so friendly and accomdiating (every last one of them). I loved the pool area as well - nicely set inside the courtyard of the hotel. Having breakfast included was another nice way to save money, nothing fancy but again certaintly worth the value and there are plenty of other places to spend your money when in Key West.

I also liked having a fridge and microwave in the room.

The room was nice and clean and had a microwave and mini-fridge. The breakfast selection was great and next to the pool. The hotel is a ways from Duval and it would be nice if there was a shuttle to downtown. However, it is a short drive and there is a National car rental next door.

The room was cheery and clean. The bed was incrediblily comfortable. The highlight was the pool area, what a great place to recharge before hitting the night life in Key West. Wink the bartender was professional and friendly and ran a great bar. The morning staff was so cheerful, friendly and attentive. The front desk from check in to check out was friendly and welcoming. This was our second stay here and would highly recommend.

At checkout, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The pool is nice as is the bar just adjacent to it. Room was a bit cramped, but we spent most of the time enjoying the outdoors anyway. Would recommend to friends and not bat an eye.
