Wonderful stay at this very delightful and very convenient B & B. Breakfasts’ are a difference maker here as there is always delicious and abundant fruits, specially made breakfast breads or cakes, as well as fresh coffee, teas, juice, bagels and toast. Always someone available during the days should you have any question and needs. We would not hesitate at all to go back here. Many thanks to Trish-sp? and Liz for all their help during our stay.

We loved our stay at the Key West Bed and Breakfast. Everything about it exceeded our expectations! Arriving several hours prior to check-in time, we hoped we would be able to simply store our luggage prior to checking in. But Trish checked to make sure our room was ready and, finding it so, checked us in promptly. Trish and Liz could not have been more personable or more helpful. They gave us wonderful dining suggestions and told us about out-of-the ordinary sites to see (this was a return visit so we had already experienced the usual sites). We greatly enjoyed joining other guests in the common areas, sharing a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of morning coffee and always, delightful conversation. After staying two nights we checked out feeling like we were saying good-by to family. We totally understand why so many guests return to this charming B&B.

My husband and I just returned from our 3rd wonderful stay at The Key West Bed and Breakfast. We won't stay anywhere else in Key West! We were greeted with a big hug and "Welcome Home" by Liz. She really is the heart and soul of the KWBB. All of the staff; Lynn, Trish, and Tanya along with Jody the owner are wonderful! Everyone works so hard to make sure you have a perfect stay. They are all very knowledgable about the island and will help you make the most of your visit according to your personal preferences. The inn is impeccably clean, the linens are top quality and the breakfasts are amazing. Feel free to keep beer and wine in the fridge for afternoon cocktails in the beautiful garden or for people watching from the front porch. The inn is in a fanstastic location, close enough to all of the sites Key West has to offer, but located on a quiet residential street when you want to relax away from the crowds. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Reviews are right. Location, location, location. Rooms welll decorated and immaculate. Liz was outstanding, friendly and well suited to guide visitors. One hint: Put out coffee earlier on a buffet in the dining room. Maybe two hints: Do not require BOTH guests to be oriented, especially when parking so difficult. Lived up to expectations in every other way.

My husband and I just spent 3 days in this B&B and we had the best time. We stayed the yellow room which was cozy and romantic and had it;s own balcony and bath. Liz, Trish and the rest of the staff were very embracing and lovely to be around. They know Key West like the back of their hands so were able to give us some great advice of where to visit and eat. It's walking distance from everywhere! And the mornings were the best because the breakfast they served was so delicious. Homemade blueberry, strawberry or banana cakes and fresh fruit of all kinds. Thanks for a wonderful getaway! We highly recommend this B&B.

I chose this place due to the amazing reveiws on this website. My boyfriend and I stayed for a few days back in August. We stayed in Bella's room. The room was beautiful and right across the hall from two bathrooms. I can honestly say I never had to wait to use the bathroom. We absolutely loved every minute. Liz, Jody and Tanya were amazing. We were planning all of these different water adventures and ended up just lounging around the b&b most of the time. It is perfectly located. We did not drive so this was great. We were within walking or biking distance to all the funsies!! Jeff loved the little pool in the back. Whenever, he went missing I knew where he was lol. Also, I'm not a big meat eater early in the morning. So the breakfast of fruit and baked goodies were perfect. We really couldn't have asked for more. We will totally be coming back to the KWBB. Sorry for taking so long to post the review:(

Room Tip: I loved Bella's room. It has a queen sized bed and a small twin bed. The decor was very eclectic...

The KWBB is in a great location and close to Duval and to the Harbor. For us it worked out perfect. Upon our arrival, we were met with a smile and open arms to this homey Inn. Liz and the other staff members, really know KW. Each has their own restaurants, that they like so it's good to get a few choices. Rooms were clean and fresh sheets everyday, that was very special. The A/C was noisy and we should have said something, but it really didn't affect our stay. We were also too tired from all that KW has to offer. Breakfast was good, too much breads and rich dishes was too much for our taste, little protein would be nice. But, that is our personal taste. Would be nice if they offered and earlier breakfast, with advanced notice, if you have an earlier excursion. If you do desire a traditional breakfast, there are many that are in walking distance.
Towels, chairs, hammocks are available for your beach use, but bikes you had to rent. Just a warning and nothing against the Inn itself, it is an old house, walls are thin. But, that also adds to the charm, late nighters on our stay were very quiet and respectful.
This is the only concern that we had, hot water. Seemed that no matter when we took a shower, we had limited hot water. Staff was exceptional, very friendly. Liz was exceptional!!
