It's not a luxurious place, but it was an excellent value and a well-run motel. I was given one of the few rooms which opens up on Simonton St., so I was a little nervous. I considered asking for another room, but the insulation was good, and it wasn't necessary. The room was clean and roomy. There was a separate sink outside the bathroom (I LOVE that). The fridge worked fine (didn't try the microwave). The pool was clean and well-heated. The only negative was that breakfast ended at 9 AM. What's up with that in a town people go to in order to stay up late? I don't think you'll get a better location at this price. Also, their website says they don't guarantee parking. Nevertheless, the hotel was fully booked, and I never saw the parking lot full.
