Two words describe this hotel - "Roach Motel." While brushing my teeth I looked up to see a roach crawling across the mirror. I called the front desk to ask for another room. The were very accommodating and quickly moved me. The second room seemed ok, but by the 3rd day I spotted a roach in that room too. We had about 20 rooms in our group, several other rooms had the same issue, while others had no problem. 5th floor seemed good. Hopefully they get rid of the problem before you stay they. The staff was awesome!

Very clean hotel. The staff was great. Our kids would have loved the pool area (we left them at home). Only negative- the building is old and needs to be updated. However, the next trip later this year we will stay there again. Nice bar by the pool. Great location.

Have just come back from a short trip to Key West. We booked our first night at the Radisson having had positive experiences with the chain in other cities. What a disappointment the Key West Radisson turned out to be! It appeared to be a shoddy 60s motel given a half hearted makeover. The room (we could only have a smoking room despite booking a non-smoking one) was damp and really smelled (even for a smoking room). The window from the room overlooked a corridor balcony which meant we had to keep our curtains drawn for privacy. The room also overlooked the main road into town. Traffic noise woke us around 7am. The pillows felt like they were stuffed with old socks. Really lumpy. The bathroom was grimy with flickering lights. The bath drained very slowly to the point where we had to wait half an hour between showers.

The public areas felt like a holiday camp. The pool was very utilitarian. No attempt had been made at landscaping the gardens. The bar opened onto the lobby.

The reception staff were friendly, but seemed disengaged from the task of running a hotel.

All in all a poor experience. Avoid!

this Hotel has exterior Corridors; one Elevator for the entire property, and a Denny's as the Dining option. Shower tile had mould, and the highly touted "Sleep Number" bed did not work. Pay the extra and stay in closer - you will save enough in parking fees and the traffic of driving back and forth to make up the difference in cost. Other food option nearby are the same as found in any strip center in the U.S. The hotel does have a very nice pool, however if you stay in a pool front room its tough to open the curtain since the walkway is outside and there is no privacy film on the windows.
