The key lime pie is out-of-this-world, although it's flavored a little different than you might expect from your experiences with other slices of pie in the keys.

The food on the menu is great too, although perhaps a little heavy with the sauces. I'd like to see more of that seafood stand on its own merit. Regardless, for conch first-timers I'd highly recommend one of the dinner selections here. It was the first time my wife had conch and she loved it.

I was recently here during my Spring Break. Everything at this restuarant is SO GOOD! Their smoothies are the best, as well as the food. I ate here several times, and never came across anything that I did not like. I ate at other restaurants on the Island, and I felt they were not worth paying for what I got. The Conch House is reasonably priced and completely worth every penny. The staff is wonderful, and it is locally owned by a family. I would reccommend that anyone who travels down here go here more than once. Go for the breakfast, and come back for the dinner!

My boyfriend and I were here in April 2008 and we loved it! I can't believe the previous review about the terrible service and the attitude of the servers. We did not experience that at all...we had fabulous service both times we went there. We went there for an anniversary dinner and breakfast our last day in Key Largo. Sitting outside on the porch was nice. The food was excellent both at breakfast and dinner. The yellowtail snapper and conch were delicious. The only disappointment at dinner was one of the desserts but our waitress took it off the bill for us. It's definitely easy to miss if you're not paying attention...it's completely surrounded by trees so you have to look for the sign at the road. If I make it back to Key Largo, I'll definitely go back to the Key Largo Conch House.

We had two breakfasts, two lunches and three evening meals at the Conch House when we were in Key Largo for a week during April 2008. Excellent food and presentation with daily specials to add variety to the very good menu. This is family run and benefits from personal and atentive service without being intrusive. We liked sitting on the terrace which was cool and pleasent during the day and evening. We will definitely go back and would highly recommend this excellent restaurant.
