“A Classic on HWY 1”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 3, 2014

Service is fast and with a smile!! We enjoyed our breakfast on our way south and it didn't take all day. Just a down home kind of place. I was a little surprised that the hashbrowns were just standard patties, but they tasted good.

“1star above McDonalds”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed April 3, 2014

Being from Iowa and knowing good small town cafe breakfasts, We ate here because of so many great reviews. Nope, ordered #2 with a side of hasbrowns. Eggs were fine, bacon was precooked microwave style, sausaged were like rubber, and hashbrowns were Orida patty style. Toast is $1.59 extra and cofee $1.99. Look elsewhere for a good homestyle breakfast.

“Awesome muffins, lousy breakfast ”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 31, 2014

On our way to Key West we stopped here based on reviews and were under impressed. Not only is the restaurant a fire hazard waiting to happen with its thatched wallpaper and 50's industrial windows it was overpriced and the food just was no good. My has browns were standard frozen patties and just everything was meh. We decided to get the muffins to go for lunch and the key lime muffin was fantastic so this place is a definite grab and go for muffins ...

“Simple Food-Great Service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 30, 2014

The menu is simple breakfast items, plus gourmet muffins. We had the Key Lime, and Coconut Muffins, both were tasty, fresh and large. This is a basic diner type place, service is friendly, and food was good. Not many healthy options though.

“Love the Muffins”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 30, 2014 via mobile

Quaint restaurant packed with people but the food was delicious. The key lime muffins are moist with just the right amount of tart with a wonderful powdered sugar topping. Yum! I had the tuna sandwich which was very good and my husband had "the quickie" eggs with ham and a side of pancakes which were thin like crepes. He said it was very tasty. The homemade biscuits are yummy as well.
