“Awesome meal, nice start to our Keys Vaca!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 22, 2013

We did not know if it would live up to the previous ratings on TA, and it sure did!
The skirt steak, sweet potato fries and key lime pie were fantastic.
Quick service and friendly servers made it a great experience. Great prices too.
We came by the next day for the key lime freezes, which were also excellent.

“Great Diner Atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2013

Read reviews before we went and they definitely lived up to them. We ate at the original location which has a great diner atmosphere with a license plate decor. Food was very good - we had both the key lime pie and the frozen version which was delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

“So good I stopped coming and going”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2013

This place was recommended to us by family that had eaten there during their stay on key largo. We chose no. 2 location as it was more like a restaurant than a bar. Clean, nicely decorated as a vacation spot would be expected to look like. Welcomed warmly and immediately seated around noon time. Waitress was very friendly and full of stories and info of the area. My husband ordered the Reuben with f.f, it was large and said to be delicious. Almost to much for one person to eat. I was most impresses with how this young waitress handled a delicate situation for me without much fuss or the usual i'll have to ask my boss. I suffer a medical condition that effects my ability to eat a lot of food at a given sitting. Without asking me for details she allowed me to order off the children's menu. You don't know how hard it is to constantly be given reasons why I can't order off a smaller menu and given looks like I'm trying to pull something over on someone over a lousy cheeseburger. She treated me with respect and a big smile. No problem she said!! So I had a small cheeseburger and the homemade redskin potato salad. YUM!! In and out in 30 minutes or so and back on our way to key west. Will return and recommend to whoever we know are headed this way.

“Absolutely the best key lime pie!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2013

My family ate there several years ago and were anxious to eat here again during our visit in May. Mrs. Mac's has expanded to two locations. Both are excellent. We can say that the food is still absolutely delicious. Local fish specials are prepared to your liking and if you have teens that only like burgers and ribs, Mrs. Mac serves a large American menu complete with some delicious twists like truffle fries.

The food portions can be large so do yourself a favor and save some room for the famous and best key lime pie in the keys. It is absolutely delicious. Some of our family members had two pieces. You also have e option to order one piece or a pie for the table.

We ate there two years ago and were a little afraid that the memory would be better than the reality, but we can say that Mrs. Marc's was better than we remembered. We would eat there every week if we lived close by. Absolutely the best on Key Largo.
