We stopped for lunch on 2/24/07 after going to the Marine Flea Market. Service was very friendly and fast. We sat in the open area over looking the harbor. Our lunch was great. We put this place in our GPS.

Stopped there for drinks and was welcomed by friendly staff. VERY casual, but just right for a stop and traveling towards the most southern spot in the US!

My boyfriend and I went here for lunch on our trip to the Keys this last April and had a blast at Calypso's!
First of all: the view. We sat right next to the water and a marina, but yet had plenty of shade so that we could relax without frying. The decor is fun and funky and all the the Keys are about. The waitstaff included two daughters of the owner who were so much fun, we almost forgot to eat!
Everything we ate was delicious, once we finally stopped talking to the two twin girls. They even overheard my boyfriend mention my birthday and brought out a half of a beautiful ripe grapefruit with a candle. Can't wait to go back! Save some coconut shrimp for me!

Upon recommendation of a staff member of the motel where we stayed a couple of years ago, our group of eight, who tried different menu selections, found all the meals to be very good and it is not easy to please everyone in our group. Enjoyed the casual attmosphere and location beside the water. I am looking forward to eating there again when I get back to the Keys.
