We stayed three nights in the one bedroom villa with our two daughters (20 somethings). Found the unit to be clean and well maintained. The sleeper sofa was ok (the girls put the matress on the floor as the sofa had two hard bars underneath the mattress) and the kitchen was minimally stocked with dishes, silverware, and cookware - no big deal, we just had juice and oatmeal for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch.
We elected to stay in this resort because of the cost and the fact it offered a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. We are SCUBA divers and having a tub makes it much easier to clean the gear.
Unfortunately, the room did not have the tub, just a shower. We asked at the front desk about the whirlpool tub and they said our unit did not offer that feature - oh well. We were able to clean our gear twice in shower, but did have major leaks - the shower rim is extremely low. Fortunately, the resort left 4 large beach towels along with 3 bath towels for our use. Having a washer and dryer available in the unit, made towel clean up easy.
Wifi was not available in the room, but it was an easy walk to the check in area (bar/restaurant) to use their wifi.
We would stay at Mariner's Resort again, but prior to unloading all of our gear and luggage, I would verify the amenities. When comparing our cost for three nights to other 4 star locations, we had a good deal.
