“World Class Dive”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2013

This is a 500 ft. long Landing Ship Dock in 140 ft of clear blue water on a sugar sand bottom. Acres of great penetration and interesting topography. The dive through the props is spectacular. Large animals abound and multiple good tie off sites. Going back asap.

“Easy and fun wreck”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2013

We dove the Spiegel Grove twice this summer and had a great time. Just deep enough to create a bit more interest but simple enough that it is not a difficult dive. You will need more than a basic cert however as most of the dive boats require an advanced or higher. The key skill here is good air management and watching your nitrogen sats.

Lots of dimensions to the wreck and while it is penetrate-able, there really is no need. If you have a fairly bright torch you can see much of what is inside. Being a wreck that has been down for a bit, there are a great number of fish varieties to see. Goliath Groupers, barracuda, bait balls, even the odd octopus shows up from time to time - the list could go on for long time. If you are in the area and have an advanced scuba cert, we highly recommend a dive on this wreck.

“First Wreck Dive - WOW!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2013

My husband and I did this dive with Sarah at Scuba-Do in late September as part of our AOW training. WOW! Our first wreck dive and it was amazing. We only wished we had a camera. We enjoyed the swim throughs and saw the two mammoth groupers! I actually didn't think I would like wreck diving, but this was great. We're hooked!

“Even better than expected.”

Had read a lot about this dive and it definitely lived up to the billing. Hope to dive it again in the future.

“Unbelievable”

My favorite dive in the Keys. Depth was great. A couple swim throughs. Amazing fish to see down there.
