Just moved into the apartment complex across the street and as a avid gun collector I naturally had to check this out. Selection was about what I expected. Never checked out the range. I saw a laser sighting on one of the plastic handgun models and, never having used the laser sighting before I used the standard two hand grip on the model but had trouble pressing down the button on the sighting. An employee asked if I needed help and I inquired what the best grip to use with the laser sighting was. She looked at me like I was from Mars and told me to press down the button. Thanks- I got that. I decided this wasn't worth it and told her "nevermind". She kept glaring at me like I was crazy so, giving the benefit of the doubt I decided to give it one more shot and told her i understand about the button to make the laser work but was curious the best way to modify the grip, to which she again looked at me like i was stupid (which is a distinct possibility but that's not the point). She clearly wasn't going to be of help to me. I understand miscommunication but this was just that mix of 'not getting it' combined with rudeness which i cannot stand. Apparently they can get away with it being the only gunstore in the area
