Owner description: This half-mile-long, crescent-shaped patch reef is an interesting dive site since it is highly developed and similar to those of most outer bank reefs in the Key Largo area.

“So much underwater beauty”

Great place to snorkle and see the reef. Swam with turtles, dolphin that stopped by to check us out and lots of sealife, coral and lionfish!

“Great Snorkel Experience for First Timers”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 24, 2012

I took first-time snorkelers to Grecian Rocks coral reef last weekend. They had a great time. Water depth and temperature were good. Sea state and current reliably calm. Enough scenery and fish to keep everyone happy. Requires only 25 minute boat ride to get to site. Can get a little busy with 5+ dive boats on site from local tour operators. I very good introduction to "diving".

“Grecian Rocks and Dry Rocks”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2012

Area of the Chist Statue undewater. On the landward side there are many conch shells, and small tropicals. It is sheltered more than other areas since the reef rises to the top of the water. The ocean side declines gradually in depth with large sea fans and colorful fish.

“Brilliant!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2012

We thoroughly enjoyed our snorkelling trip to Grecian Rocks. It was professionally and safely run. We have snorkelled all over the Caribbean and Australia and this was one of the best experiences.

“Beautiful snorkel site”

Saw many fish including a shark, barracuda, eagle ray, a stonefish and many lobsters! And the sea fans and coral are gorgeous.
