“Great location for new divers”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2014

My daughter and I had just received our SCUBA certification and took our first dive to this reef. Tremendous wildlife and coral in a very comfortable depth/location. We will certainly return to this place when we are back in the Keys.

“nice dive site”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 18, 2014

good site in relatively shallow water - ideal for novice divers, but with enough to see to satisfy experienced divers

“great dive”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 12, 2014

visibility 80 ft, plenty of sea life and great colors in the coral. A must do dive if in Key Largo. We went with Scuba-Do dive company and they knew all the great spots to dive in the area.

“Great relaxing dives.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 9, 2014

Molasses reef and French Reef are both great dive experiences for beginners and more advanced divers alike. The shallower depths allow for great color and photography as well as longer dive times. Great coral and underwater creatures!

“Glass Bottom Boat”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2014

We took the 45 minute ride in the Glass Bottom Boat from Pennekamp out to the reef. The boat was crowded but we did get to see a Ray, a Goliath Grouper, several different types of coral and many fish.

Honestly it doesn't compare to many of our Scuba Diving trips, but if you don't dive or snorkel it's great.
