As always, it's such a pleasure when I visit Amelia Island Plantation. We visit there this time every year and I just love it! I love it so much until my family and I are looking into purchasing a home there. As always, the service is excellent and exceptional.I have been to many resorts and I can honestly say that Amelia Island Plantation stands alone! Each time I visit a resort, I look into pampering myself so I make sure I find a Spa! And of all the spas I've been to, The Spa at Amelia Island Plantation is phenomenal compared to any other! They stand on customer service where they are "committed to making people happy." I have been going there ever since the Spa was built in July of 2001 and it has been a pleasure on each encounter of the staff. They are always so pleasant and eager to assist in any area when needed, even when not needed, they are ALWAYS there to assist! They truly go above and beyond with exceeding guests expectations! I can not wait to visit next year! I may even be back before then!!!

We recently stayed on Amelia Island and visited the Plantation on a daily basis, and we fell in love with everything there! The Spa was exceptional! The reservations were always correct in place, and the front desk staff was amazing at their job. They were continously asking if we needed anything and were always willing to make us comfortable no matter what. From the retail area to the treatment rooms, everything was in wonderful shape, and was very clean. Our treatments were top notch - the Lomi, Lomi Massage and Sweet Sugar Glow - and were brought on with the most lovely and correct professionalism. The therapists were excellent, and as a result, the massage was one of the best I have EVER had! There are steam showers in the men's and women's locker room which definitely topped off the service! Nothing beats a nice steam shower after a relaxing massage. I highly recommend this Spa to anyone who I come in contact with, everything there was top notch and perfect! I give it 10 stars, this Spa is the best place to go in Florida!

My husband and I had a couples massage, there was a horrible noise in our massage room making it impossible to relax. We waited it out for a while when my husband finally demanded that we reschedule the appointment or change rooms. We finally were moved to another room which was not as noisy but definitely not quiet and not relaxing. We could hear everything that was going on in the hallway, people speaking to each other, laughing, etc. Anyway, the appointment didn't start over; it was contained within the same 50 minutes we started with in the first noisy room. The Spa’s compensation was to hand us each a 25 minute massage certificate. Like we want to re-live the experience. A reduction on the $240.00 we paid for the insufficient service would have been more appropriate. I expected moor from an establishment that markets itself as catering to the ‘spoiled’ class.
