Do not go to this motel! The staff is unprofessional. The receptionists have a very bad attitude and make it seem like they are doing the customer a favor. To make matters worse, there is only one manager and there is no management during the different shifts of the motel. I sent a package to a guest over there through a well-known courier service last week. The guest lives overseas so he was staying there for a few days and I spent $30 on express service so he could receive it way before it was time for him to checkout. The package arrived early, 3 days before his checkout. The staff never contacted him to let him know that it arrived. He left and the package was still there when my husband and mother-in-law called a few days ago. The staff was unprofessional and were not proactive to take care of the issue. They said it was not their job to contact the guest. I just called the motel, and the receptionist Maria took the call. She said the same thing the other receptionist (her name is Tatiana, I've been told) told my mother-in-law and my husband. She explained that they get packages all the time and had the nerve to tell me that some other hotels charge their guests for their packages, and also said that it is a courtesy to contact the guest. She said that eventually this motel will most likely go the same route with charging for packages received. She said that the manager was not available until tomorrow and that for the rest of the time until he gets back, there is no assistant manager or anyone in charge to take care of the issue. She said that it was the responsibility of the guest to check if their package arrived. I get that, I do the same thing. I told her that this guest has stayed several times at this motel and never had this issue. She still did not do anything to solve the issue. She did go check if the package was still there, because I created a return label to email the hotel so they can print it and have the courier service come pick it up. Maria said that even if I emailed them the label, they won't be able to print it because their printer was not available. So how do they print receipts? SMH. Maria said that the package was not there anymore, that possibly someone sent it back, but she could not confirm. So I was not even contacted by e-mail, which was on the label, that my package was being returned, if it was returned. To my understanding, there is a missing package and I can't do anything about retrieving the package. I should not have to wait to speak to a manager the next day. Maria had another call coming in and immediately put me on hold. I hung up, but am very upset with the lack of professionalism of this motel. I still don't get how they are still in business.
