We went to On the Border Mexican Grill with friends. The night began with Margaritas in large glasses to start. The chips and salsa were a nice touch and got you in the mood for mexican night. The sauces were good but not real hot and chips were fresh and crunchy tasted like that probably make them there. The orders we placed were chicken fajitas, nice order of chicken brest on the grill with lettuce, tomatoe, sour cream with lots of jaleaponos to boot. The other order was trio of meat & chili relleano, shrimp fajitas & the chicken con queso. All of the servings were great portions with either a side of rice and refried beans or black beans we chose the black beans. The food was average and if you wanted more of a tex mex feel with american style taste. I thought the service was good and the food prices were average for this type of chain restaurant trying to appeal to the more common mainstream crowd. There are items on the menu for all palates and prices were reasonable for the presentation and portion.
