“Awful..”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 12, 2011

The room was dark , carpet was dark brown that looked old/dirty, shower in bathroom looked like one that you could buy in Home Depot plastic snap on, was on first floor doors were loud when they closed, front desk employee had loud voice could hear all conversations, a/c unit was a turn on vent unit that had mold on vents and strange smell came out of it, Room was painted awful mustard color and furniture outdated, received new bath towels that were old, thought maybe sheets had bed bugs. I would reccomend finding another hotel in the area before booking here.

This hotel was really very nice. Very friendly desk & service people. Hotel was clean and maintained well. View from pool excellent with great view of the intracoastal. Very extensive breakfast including waffels, scrambled eggs, sausage + cereal, pastries, bagels, coffee and juice.
Would not hesitate a moment to stay here again!

I was all set for a nice business trip and a great hotel room. The room was dark and a bit shabby. Everyone was nice, the service fine, nothing was terrible. But I would try and go somewhere else in the future.

Was really suprised with our accommodation here. Definitely one of the best 'Best Westerns' I've stayed at. Rooms were huge and very modern with with a fantastic big flatscreen to lay back in our Kingsized bed to watch. And might I mention....the pillows were to die for. They all smelt so fresh which I've never come across before. A real treat. It was a little walk to get dinner but it was a beautiful stroll as the sun was setting. Thom, the guy at reception, was a real character and really helpful with giving us tips on where some of stars live in that area...haha! Great complimentary buffet breakfast with juices, cerals, toast, other sweets like muffins etc, fruit, yoghurt, eggs and sausages. This really made the stay worthwhile.

This hotel is wonderful on all levels. The personal service was great. They accommodated our request for adjoining rooms. The amenities were perfect - fridge, microwave, wi-fi, very comfy bed and pillows, renovated bathroom, iron and full size ironing board, and an extensive hot and cold free breakfast each day! The location was perfect - next to the Jupiter Riverwalk. Perfect for the morning walks. The housekeeping staff was respectful, pleasant and hard working. The pool was cleaned of debris immediately following a storm. Say goodbye to beachfront hotels. This place is perfect and an incredible value.

You may not be able to guarantee the weather in Flordia, but I can assure you that a stay at the Best Western Intracoastal in Jupiter will be a great experience.

Having stayed there on several occasions over the last few years, I have always found their facility to be the best in confort and friendly atmosphere. The complimentary morning breakfast offering is excellent for variety and quality and really starts the day off right. The front desk and houskeeping crews are courteous and quickly resolve any need that has arisen.

Year in and year out, they have proven themselves to be an excellent facility at a very reasonable price.

My friend and I have been staying at this Best Western for years when we go to Cardinals Spring Training in Jupiter. We originally booked it because it was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area, but even with the years of experience we now have in the area, we still choose to stay at this hotel. The staff is FABULOUS. They've had the same people there for years, each remembering us the minute we walk in the door. The rooms are always clean, tidy and well-maintained. They have done some improvements in the last year or so I'd not pay attention to any negative review before 2009. And I don't know where these people who've posted "dark and dreary" reviews are looking. It's a hotel IN FLORIDA, ON THE INLET WATERWAY! All you have to do is open the curtains of your room and the sun comes pouring in! I always try to stay in Best Westerns because they have fridges and microwaves in the rooms. But this Best Western is a Gold Standard in the chain - - they have extended cable channels, not just local stations, weather and news channels as I've notice a lot of hotel have now. The breakfast every morning includes make-your-own waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, 3 different cereals, various bread choices, oatmeal, cream cheese, peanut butter & jelly, milk, juices and coffee, plus a nice area in the lobby with tables and chairs to enjoy your meal. They have everything you can ask for to make your stay stress-free and enjoyable. You can take a walk on the pathway behind the hotel along the inlet or take the 3 minute drive to the beach. All the top-rated restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. There's grocery store and Walgreens/CVS just down the street for those last-minute needs. A free, 24-hour small business center allows access to a computer and printer so you can check email or print your boarding passes whenever you want. I just can't say enough about this hotel and it's staff. If you're looking for the hot-bed of social activity with a bar and a place to "be seen," this hotel isn't it. However, if you're looking for a quiet, convenient, comfortable, friendly hotel, then I recommend it whole-heartedly! See you next year, Best Western Intracoastal!!!
