For some reason, the operators of this fairly new restaurtant thought that a touristy-style restaurant, apparently without a lot of return business, could work in this ideal waterfront/lighthouse-view spot in Jupiter. Unfortunately, anyone who visits likely won't be back and if, word-of-mouth spreads, there may be little reason to visit except for the view. First, drinks should arrive before appetizers. It should not take 10 minutes for an initial drink order, and the drinks should preferably arrive together, as opposed to two here, then one here, and the other three a little later, particularly when the drinks are fairly standard (beers, rum and coke, one specialty of the house mixed drink). At least they were consistent since the food arrived in the same haphazard manner. The seafood, at best, is average and when someone is sitting within site and sound of the Intracoastal and Atlantic, one expects better seafood than is offered here. The variety of other restaurants offering seafood in the Jupiter area makes it almost hard to believe Bubba Gumps remains open.
