“Wonderful stay at hampton inn”

We had a wonderful stay here, at our vacation in dec 2013 , me, my husband and son at 16 for 10 days. We felt very comfortable at the hotel, with the friendly, accommodating staff, good room service, clean towels every day etc.
A nice breakfast with lots of variety.
The hotel has a marvelous location, 7 minutes walk from the nice Juno beach, and in walking distance from different shops and restaurants in the area.
We enjoyed the pool area at the hotel on windy days, the jacuzzi, the free coffee bar, and the small fitness room at the hotel.
We do recomend this hotel for families on holidays with children , as well as business trips.

This hotel was clean, quiet, and beautiful. Looks dated on the outside but don't let that fool you updated in rooms and throughout hotel! Breakfast area large and even with a full hotel they have food available. Nice staff. Bed was comfortable and clean, I am a clean freak and did not even feel the need to do my usual search under bed etc. would stay again

Thank you for sharing your recent experience of your stay with us. We really do appreciate the time you have taken to write us such a positive review. Our team works extremely hard to give all our guests the best experience they can during their staying with us. We take pride in providing the best breakfast in town. Our breakfast is divided into 5 stations, Cold station that has all your cereal & milk, our Fresh station that provides fresh cut fruits and whole fruits, the Hot station includes 2-3 hot items such as eggs, sausages, bacon, etc., the Bake station that has all your breads and muffins and even a waffle machine to make your own waffle, and last the Beverage station that has 4 variety of coffee flavors and juices. Our housekeeping department also takes a pride in providing a clean room daily for all our guests. We recently also changed our entire toiletry’s brand to the “Neutrogena” brand that is very refreshing and rejuvenating. We are truly happy to know that you had a great stay with us! Thank you again for being our guest and our team always looks forwards in serving you again in the future!

This was my first stay at this hotel. Normally I stay nearby on another property, but I was close to getting my Diamond status with Hilton this year and wanted to stay at their properties. I am glad that I was able to stay here. It is a very nice hotel. Quiet, easy access, good breakfast buffet that is kept clean and fresh. The exercise room had all of its equipment in working order albeit the a/c was a little on the warm side. Parking was plentiful too. Check in went smooth and the counter persons were aware of my Hilton status so I did not have to remind them of my treats. The Internet worked very well. I noticed a couple of people streaming video each evening in the lobby but even they did not block up the Internet like I have seen in other properties.

Room Tip: Get a room that does not face the road for an even quieter experience.

First reservation was through booking.com, and second was through Hampton Inn website. In both instances, I requested a king-size bed AND a refrigerator and a microwave. Both supplied a king-size bed but neither provided a refrigerator and microwave. I did not complain regarding the first reservation, but I made the second reservation explicitly to secure the refrigerator and microwave. Neither was provided. In fact, an upgrade charge of $10 per night was charged at check-in. This was completely unsatisfactory.

I do apologize if our experience at our property was unsatisfactory but our team always does their best to accommodate our guest with an exceptional level of service. Regarding your room reservation, we do have several different room types for our guest to select from depending on their budget needs. Our basic room types is our standard rooms without Refrigerators or Microwave but our guests have an option to upgrade to either a Balcony Room or a Deluxe Room that features Refrigerators and Microwave at an upgrade charge. We realize that every guests needs are different and for that reason we do our best to provide our guests with different optional room types that would meet their needs. Again, I would like to extend to you our sincere apology for your unsatisfactory accommodations but in the future please review our room type detail to select our “1 KING W/MICROWV-FRIDGE NONSMOKING” room type to assure you to received a room with Refrigerator and Microwave in your guest room. I was lucky enough to receive a large room with 2 beds. It came with a full counter, cabinets, microwave, mini fridge & wash sink. The room, hallway & laundry was very clean. I stayed on the first floor looking out to the gazebo & it was very quiet. Highly recommend this location.

Juno Beach area is a very pretty part of the coast. The beach was a short drive (or long walk). The ocean is a beautiful blue green. Pay $1 and walk out on the pier, it is a great view. The rooms were clean and fresh. Easy access to the rest of Palm Beach

Rate wasn't so good for the time of year, but I found the staff to be friendly and the hotel clean. The hotel was convenient and close to my meetings which was a really good thing! As I stayed for three nights and four days (over a weekend), it would have been nice to have a little wine and cheese in the lobby in the evenings and cookies in the afternoons. Coffee's always on and it's very good coffee, I must say. As my stay was fairly long, I would have liked to have had one of their mini fridges in my room. I had requested one in plenty of time but was told upon check-in that they didn't have one available.

Regarding the mini fridges in your room, I do apologize for not receiving a refrigerator in your room. For future reference, we do have Deluxe Rooms that do have Microwave and Refrigerators in the rooms.
