I was so disappointed... garlic mashed potatoes tasted like instant ones.... bad instant ones... Mahi Mahi was dry and over cooked.... Service was TERRIBLE... we had to wait for our check while the server took a break at another table.... My daughters tuna had to be sent back because it was over cooked.... Coffee was never offered to be refilled until we finally had to ask... the list is endless... It was a "special occasion"... that brought us to The Pub, my daughters 29th birthday. I am so sorry she and the rest of our party of six had to endure this dining experience.

We have been vacationing at Indian Shores for about 7 years now and eat at The Pub at least 3-4 times during our 7 day stays. We love the outside dining and their Buffalo Shrimp Appetizer is phenomenal...as well as the Crab Cakes. They also make a mean Key Lime Pie.

We love it and plan to go back in a few weeks!

We stayed across the street at the Sand Castle condos, and frequented THE PUB. Enjoyed watching the Christmas boat parade on the patio, had great appetizers, dinners and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. Tried the grouper reuben, since it was highly recommended, sauerkraut was all I tasted. Must have to acquire a love for that one!! We were a family of six adults and found everything to be superb!!! Can't wait to go back on our next vacation.

My wife and I went to this restaurant based soley on what we read on this site. We expected to have a great dinner at a nice cozy waterside restaurant, instead we walked into a sparsely decorated, beaten up restaurant. The hostess had absolutely no sense of humor and was very short with us. We bellied up to the bar to have a drink while we waited for our table. The bar is a worn out counter top with worn out bartenders. Service took a while to get a beer and mixed drink. I'm baffled as to why it took us 45 minutes to be seated. I mean the parking lot was packed and we were told our wait would be about 45 minutes, but normally a restaurant this busy has some type of ambiance about it that makes it so busy. But this place is so bland, and to call the food average gives the word average a bad name.
I struggled with the rating system. I mean the place wasn't completely terrible, just completely overated and overpriced, but I also don't see it as okay with only some problems... I would suggest that you go here only if you want to wait a long time for flavored cardboard tasting food.
