Visited Brewmasters in may 2007 and my advice to others potential diners is DON'T BOTHER. Our knife & fork were dirty and then we only received one steak knife for our meal. The acompanying salad was just lettuce with vinegar on. I wanted some steak sauce and had to go look for my own as the wiater never reappeared since taking the order. When the waiter eventually returned for the plates he asked if it had been ok and we told him no. His reply was " I guess America sucks then ". ( we are from the uk). He put his tip tray down but no bill. We asked for the manager and waited 15 minutes. when he returned to ask if we were paying the bill we said ...1.. we hadn't received it, and 2... we were still waiting the manager. HE arrogantly commented that she was busy. we went to the till area to speak to her, she just wasn';t interested. THEN the cheeky arrogant waiter told her we had hid the bill he had given us . We have been holidaying in Florida for 15 years and have never received such atrocious service. GIVE IT A MISS

Take this as a warning!! My wife and I along with another couple were very fond of this restaurant. We make a yearly trip to this area and have always gone to this restaurant. What a suprise we received this time. We ordered our meals the waiter asked if we wanted the salad (which was always included with the meal) when we received the bill we found a charge for $12 for a salad.
we have been to many high end restaurants that don't charge that for a salad!! We asked for the manger and got the owner. She agreed that the price does not appear on the menu but that didn't matter and we would have to pay it anyway and if we left the bill short that the waiter would have to make it up. As was said by many others there are plenty of better restaunts on the beach. My advice is avoid this restaurant.

We went out for a nice family dinner hoping to have a great meal. Brewmaster looked nice from the outside, but the service, food, and atmosphere were terrible. We paid over $100 for absolute crap. The food was terrible as was our server, who was in dire need of a haircut and a personality modification. Our entire experience was awful and we are not normally picky. AVOID this restaurant! You will waste your time and your money! The "killer salad" nearly killed us and the "pasta pasta" with their special house sauce tasted awful. The only decent part of the meal was the laughter we got from the photograph of their nightly "entertainer".

I should have read these reviews before going there. I figured since i had a coupon for $25 it would be worth a try. I rememeber Brewmaster when they had a salad bar and free drinks with the meal. I was sckocked to see how much they have changed. The service was unfriendly, whan asked a question to the waitress, was like talking to a wall. I guess she figured she'll be getting her 18% with or with out service.

Wife and i ordered a meal with tea and wine, read the fine print on the drinks way at the bottom, it looks like they are free with the meal. The salad was pure vinegar, with lettuce cabbage and carrots. My full slab of baby back ribs was was only a half slab of regular ribs. These babys were mamas and papas. When i complain to the waitress and manager about it, the managers response was that they are weighed and not full slabs.

When i paid the bill and we statred to leave, the waitress remarked that if we wanted a free meal to go elsewere.

i don't need that type of attitude and service, I'll just wait and see when they turn that restaurant into a condominimum.
