Sarah's Seaside was the perfect place for us to celebrate our parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary during the Christmas holiday. All 26 guests thoroughly enjoyed the accomodations. Sarah's Seaside provided everything we could want to enjoy our week at the beach - sea kayaks, heated pool, beach chairs and toys. The newly renovated cottages offered luxury living spaces for all families.

Very charming and relaxing atmosphere. Great beach front property with warm hosts. Provided all you would need for the beach, including toys, kayaks, and lounge chairs.

Let me tell you. . . . This is the best place for a vacation that I've ever stayed at. I've gone on many vacations and business trips and no place can compare. We were greeted by Paul upon check in where he offered us a cold drink. He then toured us around the property and showed us our unit. The property is very well taken care of. The pool is very clean. And the beach view, well it doesn't get better than this. We had the second floor unit with the direct beach view. The unit had a full kitchen so we could grocery shop and cook our meals. The bathroom was nice. The whole place was very spacious. It was central air conditioning, and was perfect. We never were too warm (we went in august) and if we got too cool we could adjust the temp. ourselves. They had a bbq, beach chairs, umbrella's, a small boat, beach toys, and even a washer and dryer available for their guests to use. The beach was never crowded, even on the weekend. When I had a question on directions or needed a suggestion on restauraunts they were happy to give me information. This property is well run, clean, and beautiful. We are sad that we only stayed a week. Infact I now have a picture on the desktop of my computer of the beach and ocean that was taken from our second floor porch. If you have a choice of staying at a busy crowded hotel on another beach or this nice quiet property, if I were you I'd book here. We definately will be returning next year. We couldn't have been any happier (and I don't think I've ever said that about any place). Thanks for a great week. -Shana and Rick

I almost don't want to write this review - I want to keep this place a secret!!!
From the moment I made our reservations at Gulfside Resorts, I had a feeling we were going to love the place. I booked our reservation through Paul and he was very helpful and friendly each time I spoke with him (on the phone or by email). We were traveling with an 8 month old and they graciously provided a pack & play and a high chair (two less things we had to pack!!). We stayed in unit 4A - it was beautiful, clean and charming. When we arrived, Lee greeted us and offered us a cold drink and showed us around. The grounds are gorgeous - very private and inviting. The pool was great - great place to relax and cool off after being down on the beach! I loved the fact that because there were only six units, the beach and pool were not crowded at all.
They provide beach chairs, sun cabanas, a kayak and aluminum boat for your use while at the beach. It was great not having to travel with chairs and umbrellas!
It was also great being able to do a few loads of laundry before going home - there was even laundry detergent available.
The resort has such a homey feel. Not busy or rushed like other areas nearby.
We're going to make this an annual event fur sure.
We HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend the Gulfside Resorts if you're looking for a truly relaxing vacation.

After looking at rentals for over a month online, we finally chose the Gulfside. We weren't sure what to expect but our worries left immediately when we pulled into the parking lot. We were greeted by Paul, offering us a cold beer or soda. The apartments were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Since there are are ony 6 units on the property (we rented 3) the place was very quiet. The property is located directly on the beach - very short walk. One of the best features of this property is the swimming pool. Even though you are close to the ocean, it is very hot on the sand and you get tired of swimming in the gulf. The pool is a welcome change, especially if you have kds. I couldn't find any other rental on Indian Rocks Beach, aside from condos, that offered a pool. We plan on making Gulfside Resorts our regular Florida destination.

  • Liked — Close to the beach. Very clean, private and beautiful.
