If you want some simple, great tasting italian food - this is the place. The service is good and the sauces are fantastic. Very nice veal and pasta. Very clean restaurant run by nice people. I'd highly recommend this place.

We ate at Villa Gallace on our recent trip to Indian Rocks Beach. We have 2 small children - and the staff at Villa Gallace went over the top out of their way to please us. The food was wonderful, the salads were great, our pasta was fantastic (I had the gnocchi, very good). We also had 2 desserts, which were also delicious. I can't say enough about the service, our server was one of the best ever. (and we eat out A LOT)

But the service left a lot to be desired. Mainly because it was so slow. We didn't take long to decide what we wanted. But then we waited for our waiter to come back. He finally did and then we ordered. And waited, And waited. And waited. Thank goodness for bread. It didn't look like the restaurant was all that crowded but it looked like they could have used more servers. Anyway, the food finally came. I loved the lasagna though my husband wasn't crazy about it. Great salad, soup, and bread. Maybe we hit them on a bad night service-wise. But I can't imagine how it would be in season!

Just ate at Villa Gallace the other night, while on a vacation in Indian Shores. Will definitely go back before I go home to North Carolina.

FABULOUS food! My DH had pasta tubes stuffed with veal, spinach and ricotta. I had Rigatoni Arrabiata .... tomatoes, garlic, black olives, HUGE shrimp with rigatoni. The salad that comes with the entrees was so fresh that the greens, etc. practically sang, and their homemade dressing wonderful. The bread, smashing! ......... YUM .... with the dipping oil!!! I could have made a meal out of that.

They make their own Tiramasu and cannolis. We got a carafe of wine for $14, just right to go with our dinner.

The son, Luigi, who greeted us at the door, came over to ask how our meal was, and then when he saw us leaving, came over to shake my hand, and ask us to come back! The family feeling oozes at this place; you hardly find restaurants like this anymore.

If you love Italian food, don't miss this one ............ and it is reasonable for the quality and ambiance. I think our bill, without tip, was $61.00!!!
