“Fabulous B&B!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 27, 2014

Welcoming and charming B&B! The mattress in "Forever Spring" was comfy, and the sheets were high quality. Cozy room with adequate balcony for two. Enjoyed wine, a good book, the birds and ocean view. The garden patio area is so sweet. Breakfasts were wonderful! Very relaxing! Highly recommended and cannot wait to book our next visit!

Room Tip: "Forever Spring" faces the Atlantic. B&B is set at 72 degrees. High bed with one foot...

This place is wonderful! It is a first class operation. We stayed two nights on our way to FL Keys. Bonnie served a wonderful breakfast both days and it was different and delicious. We stayed in the South Beach room that is in the cottage behind the main house. It is one of four guest units that open to a common area with frig, microwave, sink, table, etc. There were chocolate chip cookies! The entire cottage would be great for an big extended family. The private beach access over the dune is immediately outside the door and across a very small one-way public street (really an alley). The beach is beautiful and almost deserted when we were there. She had beach chairs and umbrella for guest use. The main house and cottage were very pretty. The surrounding buildings and condos were typical Florida.

My lady friend and I recently enjoyed a wonderful night at the Inn. Check in was quick and informative and the Melbourne Room was a delight. The bath room was large with a spa tub large enough for two and I'm six feet three. We had a marvelous king bed in which we lounged while savoring the rain, wind, thunder and pounding surf. Yes, our night was stormy but the accommodations made it fun with lasting memories. Bonnie was a gracious hostess and the breakfast was memorable as well. This was our second visit and will not be our last!

We just returned from a weekend get-away to the East Coast of Florida and had a lovely stay at this inn which is situated right on the ocean. The innkeeper, Bonnie, was most helpful in making our stay comfortable. The room, "Seabreeze" had every thing anyone could want including beach gear, WiFi, a DVD player for movies, a "parlor" with a refrigerator, coffee and microwave and even a jar of homemade cookies for snacks. Breakfast each morning was also terrific and Bonnie made it special to accommodate our vegetarian lifestyle. I can't imagine a better place to stay in the Melbourne area. We will return!

We loved the location if you are loving the quiet beach. The experience was great with beach chairs.umbrellas.etc. The innkeeper was nice and served a great breakfast. We choose a smaller room but was happy how modern it was with a feeling of luxury. We will certainly be back to relax!

Room Tip: All rooms have a beach road between them -not exactly right on the beach. Just a short walk.

We recently stayed at this B&B, in celebration of our 46th wedding anniversary. It could not have been more perfect - from our warm welcome to our final moment, Bonnie, MaryAnn and the staff made it an experience to be remembered for years to come. Our room, the Melbourne, was comfortable, spacious, and very well appointed with luxurious linens, towels, and chocolate chip cookies (actually we brought those to the room but they were made fresh daily)! The breakfasts were delicious - and while Bonnie will deny this - very gourmet. We delighted in visiting the Melbourne Historic District, the Eau Gallie Art District, and the beach! Restaurants were close by and with Bonnie's recommendation, we chose the Chart House for our anniversary dinner. The meal was delicious, the service perfect, and Bonnie not only made our reservations, but surprised us by making arrangements for dessert, too! Thank you, again, Bonnie! Another wonderful restaurant is the Island Fish Grille, which is within walking distance of the B&B. We are already making plans to return to the Windermere Inn by the Sea...

Room Tip: Our room, the Melbourne was large and sunny, and faced the ocean!
