The place is beautiful.
The ocean location is nice.
I'm wondering about a 3-star and a 4-star review.
So, I'm concentrating on possibly retired people.
In today's world, I DO NOT understand people who abandon their children to do what they wish while they go off to do what they want. One Mom said she was going to the ocean beach...leaving her 7-year old to frolic in the hot tub and pool. Several examples could be mentioned. I don't understand!
Like many timeshares, there are few restrictions about what, where etc. Pools are not monitored, Hot tubs are not monitored. Young kids take over the pools with endless games of "Marco Polo"...more offensive when parents participate. I sound like an old goof (I am under age 70) who just wanted to enjoy our timeshare week with friends.
The place was well-maintained. A 2-bedroom unit was a little weird. There was only 1 shower to share. The master bedroom had a soaking tub, but had no shower. They needed to co-ordinate with the occupiers of the 2nd bedroom for taking a shower.
The balcony was excellent. The door was heavy, We had a very good weather-wise week. It only rained at night.
We don't know how many people 'cook' in a timeshare. We were about 200 miles from home...decided we wanted to try some local restaurants, but wanted to do some shared cooking (as 2 couples who like to cook). It was essentially a kitchen-for-one. Nice granite counters, but not a lot of room. If you opened the dishwasher and the fridge, there would be a conflict...one at a time.
We actually were the guests and enjoyed our time. Just thought this place could do a little more to get a 'very good' rating.
