We loved our stay at Palm Tree Villas. We rented #21 which had everything in it that we needed, and was super clean. We loved that it was away from all the busyness of the mainland, and is a very short walk from the beach. The owners were friendly and helpful. We did have some issues with our wi-fi connection, but found that if we sat by the pool the signal was very strong. The hammock was an excellent idea, and the pool was clean and at a comfortable temperature. Hope to come again! thanks guys!

It's a block away from the beach. It has a small pool. It is a short walk to the free trolley stop. Spence is very accomodating and helpful as well as Andrea. My husband and I rented a 1 bedroom and I definitely would go back. The landscaping is beautiful and it also is quiet. It was nice to sit by the pool and enjoy a quiet evening talking with our son and his friend.

I hesitate to write good things about Palm Tree Villas because we'd hate not to be able to rent there again if it got too busy. This is a small gem with a limited number of apartments. It's just (literally just) down the road from th a lovely beach (and from the Beach Bistro - a fabulous restaurant). We rented a two bedroom, two bath apartment for ourselves - just the two of us. The kitchen had everything we need and the owner even purchased a coffee grinder for us when we realized there wasn't one and we had bought coffee beans.
The master bedroom had a king size bed - very comfortable and the second bedroom had twins. We turned this into our beach changing room. Each room also has a flat screen TV. The apartments surround a beautifully appointed courtyard with a small heated pool. Have to admit we also had pretty great weather. We spent a portion of each day walking the beach and an hour or so swimming and sunning at the pool. This is also a great location to enjoy Anna Maria. Not far from a number of restaurants and a good walking area. Palm Tree Villas was a perfect place to stay and we had a perfect vacation.

Palm tree Villas was the perfect set-up for our family of 4. The room was really nice and super clean. They provided everything we needed to be comfortable. We really enjoyed our short walk to the beach and short walk to the free trolley stop. Thank you, Spence for always making us feel so welcome when we arrive on the island.
