I hesitate to write good things about Palm Tree Villas because we'd hate not to be able to rent there again if it got too busy. This is a small gem with a limited number of apartments. It's just (literally just) down the road from th a lovely beach (and from the Beach Bistro - a fabulous restaurant). We rented a two bedroom, two bath apartment for ourselves - just the two of us. The kitchen had everything we need and the owner even purchased a coffee grinder for us when we realized there wasn't one and we had bought coffee beans.
The master bedroom had a king size bed - very comfortable and the second bedroom had twins. We turned this into our beach changing room. Each room also has a flat screen TV. The apartments surround a beautifully appointed courtyard with a small heated pool. Have to admit we also had pretty great weather. We spent a portion of each day walking the beach and an hour or so swimming and sunning at the pool. This is also a great location to enjoy Anna Maria. Not far from a number of restaurants and a good walking area. Palm Tree Villas was a perfect place to stay and we had a perfect vacation.

Palm tree Villas was the perfect set-up for our family of 4. The room was really nice and super clean. They provided everything we needed to be comfortable. We really enjoyed our short walk to the beach and short walk to the free trolley stop. Thank you, Spence for always making us feel so welcome when we arrive on the island.

Tis was our second trip to Palm Tree Villas, first since Spence tool over the property and even though I didnt think they could improve, they have! The landscaping is just beautiful and the the pool area has a much more tropical feel, love the new pavers. Spense was able to squeeze us in for one night on New Years Eve, a bit of magic as everything else was booked and we had an awesome time. I love the little carts that are available to take all your things down to the beach and the beach is just a skip and a hop away. We enjoyed the sunset and my friends from Tennessee were certainly impressed with our choice of accomodations. We'll be back again, you can count on it!

After a disappointing one night stay at the Harrington House , I rented this 2 bedroom apartment
for 2 nights to continue our business meeting.
I can only say it was wonderful .,so much less than they charged me for that tiny room at the Harrington House .Very clean , flat screen TV's in bedroom & living room, big kitchen ,
very quiet , the pool was great , we where the only ones using it.
The beach right across the street. What a treat , the management was friendly and made sure I was happy. I have directed my friends to this wonderful lodging and would love to stay there again.
