I just got back from a 4-day trip to Anna Maria Island and we stayed at the Palm Tree Villas. I stayed in the Studio room and I could NOT have been more pleased!!! Everything was clean and new! Bathroom and floors were very clean, and kitchen area looked brand new. I think the main thing I noticed was that this property was very well cared for by its owner. And they think of everything! The room came with beach chairs, a beach umbrella and you could use towels for the beach too! It was really so helpful! (Also it had outdoor shower heads to spray off the sand from the beach.) We had to contact the owner twice to ask him a few questions and he was incredibly accomodating and helpful. This island is the perfect place to go for a few days to relax and enjoy the beautiful sun and the Palm Tree Villas was the perfect place to stay. It's on a quiet street, only a block away from the beach. We simply loved it. I can't wait to plan another trip back.

We returned with some trepidation - after many visits under Ashok and Peggy's ownership we were unsure if standards under new ownership would be the same. Well, they were, so for anyone else wondering we would recommend a return visit! As always the rooms were spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we could think of and more, the pool area was relaxing with modern loungers, chairs and umbrellas, the private small patio areas attractive and quiet. Also a large bbq grill, although we never get around to that as we have a long list of lovely restaurants to visit! The little pull along wagons with beach chairs and sunshade were still there. In other words there is still no reason to look elsewhere for the perfect accommodation, location and genuine warmth and Southern hospitality from the owners and staff. Thanks to everyone for another wonderful visit, see y'all again soon!

Just got back from a four-night stay at Palm Tree Villas. We have three small children and were very comfortable in a two bedroom villas. Everything was super clean and it felt like home as soon as we got there...the owner had thought of literally everything, and for a young family that isn't easy to do! We made the easy walk to the beach every morning, and spent a lot of time at the pool in the afternoons. We saw the owner, Spence, on several occassions, and the whole time we were there it really felt as if we were staying at a friend's place. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I couldn't have been happier at the Palm Tree Villas. The villas were beautiful, the staff was excellent and the location was perfect. The Island is a hidden gem and the Trolley takes you everywhere. The beaches are beautiful, We are looking forward to you next visit and will Stay at Palm Tree or their sister resort on the Island....... I hope to be a regular : ) Thnx for a great vacation......
