We were only there for two nights (Room #2) and there are only two of us so this room was fine. We ate out and got carryout so we didn't cook, except to make coffee in the morning. The room is the size of a small motel room but it had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the flat-screen TV from bed.
It was spotless and decorated very nicely. We liked having the small fridge,microwave and coffee maker. There is everything you need to make a small meal, even a hot plate. We also liked the little sitting area out the back door.
The only thing I would be cautious about is if you are a large person, you may have trouble negotiating the tiny bathroom. But we knew about this from the web site and we didn't have a problem. Unique, 12" sink!

The location is very good and very close to the beach. The room we had was very very little and the bathroom I would rather call corner. The room was clean but there was a strange smell in the room. The price is far to high for what you get. You are charged 3% for credit card payments even I have paid with my debit card, but there is hardly somebody around you could complain to, the front corner hours are very limited. Go to the south of the Island, you will get wounderfull Bed and Breakfests for a third of the price.

Nice proximity to beach and, like others stated, cozy with a throwback appeal. Although bikes indicated they were seldom available, forcing us to rent bikes elsewhere. The bathroom was small but the outside decor/ tables and water features were nice as well as the heated pool.

We stayed at Haley's for two nights in Room 7. This has a very comfortable bed and a great kitchenette, complete with Futon, breakfast table, and amenities enough to cook your own breakfast or light dinner. Mini Fridge and Microwave also worked well and were put to good use! The bathroom was a little on the small side (1 person at a time...) but still very clean. Also, A/C unit is a little loud for such a small room. Finally, the TV could be a little larger. Other than those little things, this place has a TON of personality and makes up for it with a VERY FRIENDLY staff and its proximity to the beach. PLUS, you can use Haley's beach cart to load up beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, and even umbrellas - all complimentary! Very nice for us coming from Chicago to not have to buy any of that stuff as it was all there for us to use.
There was a small pool, but we spent our days at the beach. Make sure you walk down to the SandBar for Lunch and/or Dinner - just a short walk down toward the tip of the island. All-in-All, Haley's is a great place if you are looking for a clean "old-school" style Florida Motel. Rates are reasonable and amenities are excellent. WILL REPEAT!!!
