It's in between harrison street and hollywood street, where you can see many restaurants and cafes. Also it gives an easy access around, fort lauderdale, aventura, miami downtown. The building itself is a little old but it's maintained very well and rooms are always clean. Complimentary breakfast has a variety and you wouldn't get bored. Front desk staff is kind and nice. Prices are accessible and I think it's a good deal.
