“Basic diner right around a mall area and a movie theater. Basic, but service and value made it tops.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2013

We had decided to go see a movie in Hollywood, while staying in Sunny Isles. Decided to skip Adventura Mall Movies. We stayed in Sunny Isles last year and went to see a movie there. We vowed then that we would never attempt that area again. Parking took us almost an hour (rainy day on a weekend). Had no clue since we were out-of-town on vacation. Live and learn. We wanted to get something to eat prior to our movie last week. Being unfamiliar with Hollywood, we drove around looking for a place to eat in close proximity to the movie theater. We saw Moonlite Diner and said, "why not?" We were very happy with our meals and drinks. The service was super great and prices were reasonable. If we're ever in the area again for a movie or other activity in Hollywood, we would probably stop in for food and drinks.

“New updated menu”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2013

Ate here twice on recent trip. Good choice as usual. Large portions, come hungry or share. Just introduced new menu. Locals eat here and it's always busy. Lots of good choices.

“Not Recommended”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2013

Based on reviews here we really expected a nice experience. Maybe we hit a bad day but the food here is unacceptable. The chicken parm was super greasy on top of a huge pile of bad tasting pasta. The other plate had veggies cooked to mush and the entire plate was unedible.
Never to return. I would not recommend this restaurant. .

“Amazing food and service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2013 via mobile

My boyfriend and I stopped by the moonlite diner which was walking distance from our hotel. The ambiance is fun and we were greeted nicely. I ate the chicken fingers with sweet potato fries and my bf ate the double cheese and bacon burger with the home fries. Both plates were amazing and the portions were generous. We kept eating even if we werent hungry anymore. We finished it off with a vanilla milkshake which was the best. My bf is hard to please when it comes to food and service and he was amazed by the quality and prices. U should definetely eat here.

“Pre -Easter breakfast”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2013

I guess I'm spoiled because where I live there are many diners, but I thought the food was just Ok. Service, prices as well as setting were great.
