This place is not for us.Bad first impression from staff.They greet you but do not face you.No smiles.Our place was spacious but flithy.Baseboards have not been wiped in years,floors black with dirt/tar,stove full of crumbs,limited kitchen supplies,cracked dishes,towels beyond usable...tattered to the point we had to purchase our own,no hairdryer,no coffee filters,no mgmt./security on site during evening/sunday,windows filthy,sugar ants,black mould on caulking in bathroom,outdated locks,no dishrack,no beach towels,outdated lbed linens,no switchboard.On the positive:location is perfect,the maintenance/cleaners are very pleasant,few people in pool (which is clean+warm) as the place is NOT busy.We have stayed at many other timeshares in the area which are MUCH nicer(Enchanted Isle,Hollywood Beach Tower,Sea Downs,Sands).It's a shame that management doesn't step it up as this resort has potential.

We stood in apartment 203. Absolute clean room, great view, two bathroom, flatscreen tv. Very friendly staff. Perfect location direct at the boardwalk. Furniture is a bit old fashioned BUT clean. Internet access is ceap 10$/week and works day and night. The kitchen accouterment could me more and modern. If you have a problem with something the staff take care directly.
If you can dispense with luxury or plush and only wanna spend a great and pleasant vacation than stay here. The price for the stay is not chaep, but for this conditions ok. It is absolut recommendable. We would like to come back.

We have stayed at the Neptune Hollywood Beach Club each year for many years. Not only is it right on a beautiful and usually uncrowded beach and the beautiful Hollywood Broadwalk, it is a friendly and delightfully comfortable place to stay.. The icing on the cake is that the staff in the office are great people with your needs and desires in mind and they go out of their way to make you feel at home on the beach.
We'll be back again this Winter to enjoy this wonderful vacation spot.

The location is just perfect. The staff was warm and friendly, would highly recommend the Neptune for anyone. Great ocean view. If you are looking for fancy you won't find it here, what you will find is a great place to stay, closer to all restaurants and the trolly.
