We stayed in this Boutique for 3 nights before our trip to Orlando and came back for a 4 more nights. First this is not a hotel and it seems more like a beach condo rental. There is no reception and the staff stay in the office from 8 am to 9 pm only. The staff was very helpful and friendly, we found our suite ready when we came back with the crib for our baby ready.
Suites are very clean with simple furniture and a small kitchenet area and a small dining table. One thing we noticed is the very nice smell as they do perfume the sheets and the towels.
The place is very close to the beach and the broadwalk (almost 1 minute walk only !!) where there are great places to dine. The place is very quite and especially if you stay in the back suites. This is a very nice place in a very nice location !!!

Pleasantly surprised with this place, it recently had a makeover so everything was in good order. Could not really fault anything and would recommend this place as you have everything at your door. Great price, great location and great resort.

Stayed here during August this year. Rooms are very clean and staff are very friendly. Plenty of storage. Hotel loans out towels and chairs for residents to use on the beach. Ideally located for everything. A minutes walk from the beautiful beach and lovely broadwalk. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Jakes on the Beach is great fun with live music most nights. La Brochetterie on the beach does a lovely breakfast for a few dollars. The Trolley takes you to Downtown Hollywood where there are loads more bars and restaurants and the you can get to Fort Lauderdale on the Water Taxi.
The hotel has a car park which is about 10 dollars for the whole stay. It's also easy to get to Miami from this location. Had a brilliant time. Thank you Hollywood.

Had a very pleasant one night stay at the Hollywood Beachside Boutique Suites. Easy checkin. Parking only $10 for however long you stay. Room was very clean and had a little kitchen. Convenient to the beach and a nice bakery/restaurant across the street. Very reasonably priced -- felt like old school Miami Beach. We will stay here again.
