This is a small hotel within easy walking distance to the beach. To be truthful, I did have a problem the first night with check-in. I would recommend that if you're planning on arriving after 7:00 or 8:00 PM that you call ahead of time, so they can arrange your check in process. When I arrived at 11:30 PM, the office was closed, and calls to the phone number only went to voice mail. I ended up having to find somewhere else to sleep the first night of my stay.

But, don't let that one bad experience that happened to me discourage you from staying here. A simple phone call ahead of time would have made that a non-issue. I paid a very reasonable price to stay very close to the beach, and it included parking. My room was spacious and very clean. I found the place very easy to find. There are a lot of restaurants and shops along the boardwalk as well. I would gladly return.

We traveled with 2 adults and 2 young children (under 5). Stayed in the "large efficiency" (unit 21) which included a full kitchen, queen bed, pull out sofa, and a pack n play. Our front door opened to a walkway with 2 sitting chairs. A couple steps led to an interior courtyard with covered gathering area (seating for 10-20 people), lawn area with 4 comfortable chairs for sunning and a shower to stay cool, and a sandbox w/ toys and 2 chairs. Motel is 1 block from the Hollywood Beach boardwalk - which happens to have a spray park at the intersection of the street ODV is located on and 3 or so playgrounds within a 1 mi walk! Lots of restaurants, shops, etc. on the boardwalk. Very clean and safe - lots of walkers, runners, bikers, roller bladers, etc. on trail that is connected to boardwalk. We drove our car only to the grocery - walked everywhere else during our stay. exceptional place to stay with young kids (although we didn't see any others there during our stay) - close to everything yet safe with nice outdoor areas for the kids (and adults) to enjoy! The outdoor areas were close enough to our room that we sat outside while the kids napped - it's hard to find places where this is possible. Parking was free - we had to park across the street as there were no spots around the building during our stay. Onsite W/D was nice too!

It is a motel, but is well located, clean and pleasant. The owners are very helpful. Close to beach and with easy access to many places. No daily cleaning, only if you pay an extra fee, but when I arrived the room was very clean and was well maintained and it was great. The rooms are quite large, in my room had a kitchen (well equipped), a living room with TV and bedroom with a comfortable bed and another TV.

I stayed for a week in the 1 bedroom villa. It's a 1 minute walk from Hollywood Beach, which is a lengthy boardwalk along a beautiful beach. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to find along Ocean Blvd. I had a full kitchen & dining area, which was very nice for my morning coffee. Plenty of parking either right next to the villa or across Ocean Blvd. If we needed something, we called Scott and he took care of it right away. Hollywood Beach is very close to Ft. Laurderdale and Miami so we took advantage of Groupons in the area and had massages, horseback riding, and plenty of great places to eat. I did a lot of research, and this place is definitely the most affordable in the area. I will return.
