Stayed at this hotel per a coupon from a vendor at work, I am sure they didn't research before selling. Very confusing to find front desk and then walked forever to find the elevator. It is not a handicapped friendly hotel as my spouse had to walk a ways just from the handicapped parking spot. Oh yea, they charge you 3.00 (18.00 total) more to park handicapped. Even the hotel down the road is free for handicapped and 33.00 for valet. The hotel needs some major upgrades it is smelly and rundown. Now if you look from beachside it looks nice. The hotel bar/restaurant upstairs had friendly staff. All I can say is thank goodness for the boardwalk.

the price was right the room was clean .the beach is just out the door.the pool and hot tub very clean. jimmy max's hideaway has awesome food .parking is a paid per day lot 15.00 aday .the hotel adds a 10.00 per day resort fee to your bill when you get there. there is valet parking for 18.00 aday recommended the parking is safer less chance of a dent in your new car !!!
the hallway near owner held rooms smells a little like cigerette smoke but your only staying overnight so get over it.the beach makes up for it. security is 24 hrs so your safe walking through the building.we would say again!! dont let all the negative feedback discourage you ... have a great trip

I have been staying here now for about 3 years when I travel down to South Florida a very good hotel and the staff is very friendly, and very clean rooms, never a problem. This is a very good hotel would recommend too any travelers, it is also very location friendly to the beach and the boardwalk.

Property is very confusing. Hard to find and then once there it took me a little bit to find the actual front desk for the hotel. Staff was helpful, security very good. Hotel is very old and really needs updated. Room was very small and disappointing. Even saw a cockroach in the bathroom. However, the next day, a sign was posted saying the fifth floor was going to be sprayed for bugs. Nice pool area. Liked being on the Broadwalk close to alot of good restaurants. Did not like the food at the hotel restaurant. Will not stay at this resort again.
