They went out of their way to make my daughter's 7th birthday a fun time. Place needs a deep, thorough cleaning though.

They offered giant portions, good tasting food. all for a reasonable price. We found the are a bit sketchy though, and weren't comfortable walking around after dark.

Wow! how busy can one place get and still give great service and atmosphere! Saturday I made reservations for Mama Mia's my favorite place to dine every saturday and good thing i made the reservations! They had over an hour wait that didn't seem to bother the walk-in's who said ot was worth the wait. They had a police officer directing traffic and handeling the crowds. Im happy to see that my hometown favorite is now everybody else's...as long as i have a reservation!

We had dinner here on the recommendation of our hotel concierge.
We made a reservation and were on time. We were immediately wisked to our table. It was a busy loudish restaurant but it had a very good vibe. Lots of happy people. The dinner rolls were the best we have ever had. From salad to pasta to a huge steak the food was excellent. We would go back here again and again if we lived in the neighborhood but alas we were on vacation.

Carpet was dirty, dried sauce on empty tabel next to us.
Had to ask waitress multiple times for each request.
My sisters food came out 15 min before mine did.
They ran out of Lobster bisque soup, my reason for going there.
Garlic rolls were not presented, we had to ask for them. They arrived upon request cold and hard and unedible.
A waiter reached over our food without asking to light the table candle in the process putting his finger in a plate of food to move the dish. I asked him to please not do that and he proceeded anyway. I asked to see the manager who defended his employee saying the man was instructed to light all the candles. I then asked to see the owner who defended his mgr by saying the guy had a bad day and its hard to find good help. No genuine apology was made and I finished my $35.00 meal with a knot in my stomache so that I could not even enjoy the crab cakes which were good, but my sister said the veal parm was tough and not so good. They had no true remorse for all the terrible service we received. I will never go back.
