This is a restaurant you can show up with 2 people or 20 and they always try to please you. We have taken our babies, our parents, our friends - whatever - and the servers try to please you! In fact, they break their backs to make you as comfortable as possible. We have tried about every appetizer on the menu - bloomin' onion is very good (with ranch dressing), - fried dill pickles - fried squash - are a few we can recommend. Servings are enough to share. If you choose not to have wings, spaghetti is good (also a good choice for children). PB& J, grilled cheese, hot dogs are popular with the children as well. The wings are great (we like mild or medium) and a personal preference is to ask they be cooked "very well" because we like them crispy. The Ronnie's buffalo wings are great! The restaurant has a full bar, beer or wine, and, of course, good ol' southern sweet iced tea! Salads are always fresh with fresh vegetables (arugula lettuce, not iceberg!). Tuesday night is 2 for 1 wing night which seems to be popular. Hamburgers and sandwiches are available as is a pretty extensive menu; however, the wings are our choice when we visit! Plenty of parking - restaurant is across the street from Spring Park, the original springs, and if you feel frisky a beautiful walk down to the St. Johns River to the end of the dock is a nice way to walk off some of those calories you just consumed. Don't think of Ronnie's as anymore than a place to enjoy yourself with your friends and family. It's truly local and has lots of pictures and signs of sports figures throughout this area. We always return when we are in the area, and the people who work here are gracious and full of southern hospitality!
