After reading mixed reviews on Las Margarita's, we did not know what to expect. Our party of five went to Las Margarita's for lunch on Father's Day. Although crowded, we were seated immediately. Service was prompt and friendly. The salsa was very fresh...you could see and taste the onions and fresh cilantro....not too spicy, but very flavorful. Everyone in our party ordered a different item and all were excellent. Of particular note was the Quesadilla Campechana. This excellent dish was stuffed with grilled steak, ground Chorizo sausage, fresh grilled onions and bell peppers, cheese and tomatoes. The blend of flavors made it the best quesadilla one diner had ever had.
