“Average at best.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2012

It wasn't busy and I was neglected by service. Food is alright. I would recommend if there isn't anything else.

“Never again”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2012

Went with a $20 Enjoyment Book coupon to try this restaurant for the first time. In hindsight, the fact that there was only one occupied table in the place when we got there on a Saturday night at 6 p.m., was a clue that this might be a major disappointment...and it was. Fresh and deliciously warm bread was presented first, but all went downhill after that. The New England clam chowder was touted (on the menu) as having lots of clams, and though the flavor was good, it had few clam bits and was overly thickened. My grilled, crabmeat stuffed shrimp ($22) came topped with an odd-looking spherical lump of crabmeat stuffing. I could tell immediately that something smelled funny - it was the crabmeat stuffing. The chef apparently agreed when my waiter brought it back to the kitchen. My dish also contained tasteless mashed potatoes and vegetable medley. My husband had a seafood medley entree ($28) which, unfortunately, contained 3 crabmeat stuffed shrimp and fairly non-descript scallops and fish filet. We will not go back.

“Monday and Wednesday night deal”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2012

Monday or Wednesday is the time to go for a couple. You get a bottle of wine, two appetizers, two meals and the dessert of the night for $ 35! On Wednesday night there's also a wine tasting. The food was surprisingly excellent.

“great location.”

Take a show at the Sunrise and then eat and drink and be merry! They stay open a little later on show nights.

“Impromptu Lunch Date”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 4, 2012

We made an unexpected 1st time stop at the Yellow Tail Bar & Grill for lunch in downtown historic Fort Pierce. Everything from the french fries to the New England clam chowder was both fresh and tasty. Our fish sandwiches were large and filled with fresh fish cooked to perfection. There was such a wide selection of wine we decided upon a new variety finding ourselves enjoying a new favorite. The service was friendly and well attentive to our needs. We look forward to going back & trying the rest of the menu.
