“This is where the locals eat”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2014

What can you say when everything is fabulous? The biscuits are as light as air, and the cinnamon buns deserve your attention. You'll love the vintage refrigerator housing soft drinks. Rest assured, the long wait is worth it. Remember to bring cash, they don't take plastic. If you forgot there is an ATM inside the restaurant. We call our order ahead, as we make the scenic drive to the beach, something to think about if you have young, hungry ones with little patience. This place has it all, served up with smiles and laughter. What else do you want? OK, so take yours to go, cross the street and eat on the beach. You lucky, you've arrived, you're at Heavenly Biscuit.

“Great biscuits”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2014

We saw all the great reviews on trip advisor and decided we would try breakfast there. We were not disappointed, the food was very good, the staff were very friendly, it's a really neat place, a lil different from other places but that's what I love, can't wait to go back.

“Aptly Named”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 15, 2014

I had read about this place on Trip Advisor so I was looking for it as we walked up Estero Blvd. on our 4 mile stroll up toward Times Square. We ordered at 11:00 AM. We had cinnamon rolls and they were delicious!! There wasn't any vacant seat inside or on the porch but we were able to get a seat on the picnic table out front.

The next day we walked up just for lunch and got there at 11:45 AM. We had chicken salad with crispy bacon on wheat toast and it too was delicious. Today wasn't nearly as crowded because we were the 1st people to sit down on the porch outside.

I don't know how early in the morning they start baking but they close promptly at 1:00 PM - be warned, this place is worth planning a visit to.

“Best Breakfast on the Island”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2014

Love the Heavenly Biscuit, aptly named, for it's great food and quirky atmosphere. You walk up, stand in line, order your food ala carte, grab some coffee, sit outside and wait for your order (unless you try one of the hot cinnamon rolls or another special treat from the front counter), eat, pay and leave happy! I've lived on the island for almost three years and this is my favorite breakfast spot. If you're a local, be sure to get your frequent visitor card and the 10th visit is on the house. Great food, good people and a stone's throw from the turquoise waters of the Gulf!

“Great Food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2014

We had breakfast here last year and had a great experience. Well this year was no different. In fact, it was better because we called our order in ahead of time. I highly recommend calling your order in ahead unless you don't mind waiting in line for a while. The breakfast biscuits were large and tasty. The cinnamon rolls melt in your mouth.
