We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit for 5 nights and can't wait to return. The location is great - 2 doors down from The Heavenly Biscuit and right across the street from the beach. Easy walking distance to Times Square. Dan and Tree are gracious and hospitable. They truly did make us feel like friends and introduced us to others staying there. We loved sitting in the tropical courtyard and visiting and playing with Cookie. The breakfasts were unbelievably delicious! Our unit was so nicely decorated that I asked to see others and they were all lovely! The rooms and bathroom were spacious, kitchen was nice, there wasn't anything we wanted that wasn't already there. Bikes, beach chairs, towels. Everything was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed eating at the Cuban restaurant down the street, Beached Whale, Fishmonger, Flippers, Fish House. This was our second time to Ft. Myers, first time at the Mango Street Inn, but it won't be our last. We'll never stay anyplace else! You really feel welcome and comfortable here. If you prefer solitude you will not feel like you have to visit with the owners, but you'll be missing out on getting to know 2 very special people. Cookie, the dog, is very special too - you'll have to get to know him to find out what he does that is way cool!!!! Staying here is truly a treat - I almost forgot to mention that the prices are excellent. I don't think you can find anything of this quality at a better price. Stay here - you will be glad!
