This property appeared to be new so most everything was clean and in working order. The girls at the front desk were efficient and nice. There are two Comforts at this exit (131, Fort Myers) but this one is behind the Cracker Barrel.

The inside pool was NOT heated, which was a disappointment to us as that's one reason why we chose this hotel. It was ICE COLD. Apparently, they had someone working on the problem, but it didn't get fixed and we were there three nights. The hot tub was fine. Both pool and hot tub are inside but not surrounded by rooms so noise isn't an issue. If they run out of pool towels, you can get more in the exercise room next to the pool.

A coin laundry is available, although we didn't use it. Two computers/printers (free) are available in the lobby with wi-fi throughout the hotel and rooms.

Getting extra towels, sheets, and shampoo was quickly done at the front desk.

The rooms had flat screen tvs hung on the walls, ceiling fan w/ light (control by bed), and wall-controlled a/c unit. Each room had curved bathtub curtain and micro/frig.

The breakfast was good... cereal, waffle maker, some eggs and biscuits / gravy. However, the second morning there was NO butter for toast, eggs, waffles, etc. The woman said that they "might" get some for the next morning. I'm thinking that they could've walked to the convenience store next door and bought some butter or margarine to put out.

NICE HOTEL, NICE PRICE, NICE SERVICE!

This is an all around nice hotel near the airport. The service was excellent and I look forward to staying there again. It is perfect for when I don’t want to splurge on the Ritz in Naples but simply want to enjoy Fort Myers for the weekend. If it was up to me to rate it, I would have to give it 4.5 stars.

P.S. As an extra caution, do not confuse this Comfort Inn (10081 Intercom Drive, Fort Myers) with the others in the area.

I got lost and went to the wrong Comfort Inn – lets just say, the other one was scary looking (maybe nice, but unappealing at first glance).

Our stay at this brand new place (three months old) was delightful! The rooms had wonderful comfy beds, flat screen TV, and marble counter tops in the bath. All very tastefully decorated. The breakfast had a lot of variety, the staff very, very nice, and a shuttle not only to the airport but any where you needed to go.
It is close to the new airport so is in a developing area, but has a good restaurant just behind it.
All of this a super price! $68, but I surely this must have been an introductory offer.

We arrived at the airport around Midnight. We called for the shuttle, the shuttle driver was awesome. He was very personable and informative about the area. The Concierge was great too. He made the check in flawless and enjoyable. The shuttle took us to Denny's (there is also a Waffle House open 24 hrs) after we settled in and picked us up around 2am at no extra costs!!!!!! We requested a late check out and again - no extra costs. There are two internet computers in the lobby. The continental breakfast was a step above the ordinary and excellent selections and great tasting food. The room was the suite. The beds and the sofa bed were all comfortable. The pillows are down. The room even had a plasma TV with hookups for games, etc.
