“I am sorry they closed the Naples location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2011

Fondue can be fun, but a bit pricey. We used to visit the Naples location of this restaurant bi-monthly, but sadly it has closed. We always had a great time with family and friends and thought that the food was fresh and of a high quality. The "experience" was longer than a normal evening out, but it was dinner and entertainment. The dessert fondue and the cheese fondue are our favorites and we could make a meal on just those! If you have never done fondue, or you haven't done fondue since the 1970's give it a try!

“I love this place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2011

This is one of our favorite restaurants! I have been to the Melting Pot in many different cities and they are pretty much always excellent. It's a bit pricey for us to go very often for a full meal but when we get to it is always a great treat!

“pricey but worth it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2011 via mobile

I love the melting pot restaurants! it's a great setting for a fun night out or a romantic meal. it is a bit pricey but every once in a while it's so worth it.
ive been to melting pots all over but this restaurant, in particular, was outstanding. The service we received was far beyond our expectations. Our waiter was awesome, he went above and beyond to be sure we had a great meal. the manager came to each table to see how things were and didn't hesitate to bring us more water as soon as our glasses were empty. the hostess was fantastic and took a picture of us to remember our night and made 2 copies without even a glance when we asked for a second one.
if you are looking for a fun adults night out, come here!

“Ok. Just ok”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 11, 2011 via mobile

Food ok. Just ok. Service ok Atmosphere good. Located in a deserted strip mall. Located next to some kind of business that has clients looking like crack smokers.

“Slightly Disappointed”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2011

We out with 3 family members last night for only dessert. First impression was good they had not so friendly welcoming staff but our server Mike had a nice smile. We wanted to share in between two fondues which seemed to be a problem not only because our 4 top only had one burner but because Mike didnt seem to think this was a good idea and urged for us to get one large pot but two choices in the end were the better idea.

ONLY COMPLAINT:

Being my first time to Melting Pot I figured you get your fondue and you dip whatever they give you. They do give you an awesome variety of dippers BUT you cant get refills easily! Cheesecake is extra I understand but they were basically refusing us enough to finish up our chocolate! Its not going to be the same after going home so when Mike said "his manager didnt advise giving us anymore" I was left with a bad taste in my mouth.
