Just returned from my first trip to Ft Myers area. Since The Lighthouse was less than a mile from where I was staying, my friend & I checked it out our 1st night there. We loved it so much we returned the next night. Liked the atmosphere, the view, the entertainment & the food. Would recommend for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or just to enjoy the Florida Gulf Coast sunset.
We had a large group reservation and this restaurant handled it with ease. The appetizers were yummy, crab legs were gigantic, the salmon and steak was fantastic and the service was quick and well done :)
Lovely view of marina from large screened in deck. Dinner was average. Our largest complaint was the service. We would visit the Lightouse again, but for lunch or drinks.
Even though this restaurant is more elegant then casual, it is an amazing experience that no one should miss!!!!!! Great food is always served and it's worth the cost!!!!!! I cant wait to go back!!!!!!!
Recommended this restaurant and it was so good never tried another - came here every other night either for dinner or seat in bar area with great appetizers if we weren't too hungry. Wonderful setting overlooking the marina. They do lunch and Sunday brunch but didn't try.
