Have gone to Cabos three times. The steaks are excellent; cooked perfectly with great flavor. The ceviche is perfect. The sauces (salsa, guacamole, tomatillo, chimichurri) are fresh, homemade, and outstanding. They have a gluten free menu and the chef, Mike, will come out and talk to you. He has taken the time to ask us questions and make specific suggestions. Meeting Mike and trying his food is worth the trip. I agree with other reviewers, the wait staff could be much more friendly and accomodating. I would give "5-stars" instead of 4 if the wait staff was more friendly and knowledgeable. I think I'm ready for another one of their steaks.
