A co-worker suggested this restaurant so a few of us stopped in for lunch. We had a new waiter, so that made things run a little less smoothly but the food was good.
My friend had the chicken and waffles, which she said was good but maybe next time she would get the syrup on the side. I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup with a side of mac and cheese. All of it was good, especially the soup. I didn't like the mac and cheese because it was very "saucy" (I prefer mine a little more "dry") but I offered it to my friend and she loved it.
I think I would like to try this place for dinner since they serve crab cakes in the evening. The decor is shabby-chic and cute but the space is small and could get crowded easily.
