The restaurant is kept clean always as the GM is top shelf. The problem here is the ownership entity in some ways has reacted to market pressures by making things smaller or in fact disappear. Smaller beers in mugs is not fooling anyone. The GM here is one of the best however it seems ownership does not realize what a gem they have in him or they would pay more attention to the fact the regulars come in because of Greg. The restaurant is on a precipice now and if LRS is not careful they just might start losing the regulars and the fact they come for good food in reasonable portions not undersized platters slimmed down to minuscule size.
