After seeing the advertisements for Joe's for months on TV, we were eager to try this place since Joe's does not exist in our home locale. We arrived on a weekday night at 8PM with no reservations and were seated right away. I understand that the place is often packed and there could be a long wait. The food was good, the view was great. The service was also very good. Two caveats however: two of our party ordered the king crab steam pot. It comes with a lot of fanfare, bibs, pinchers, and a souvenir crab picking fork. Unfortunately, it does not overflow with crab legs as it is pictured on the menu. There were about three and a half crab legs in each pot along with two boiled potatoes and an ear of corn. The crab lovers though it a bit on the slight side for $33/pot. Secondly, there isn't much on the menu for a vegetarian to eat. Our vegetarian had a lettuce salad and French fries and the smores desert (huge by the way). Generally, a pleasant and fun experience.
